​Installations Manager (Solar)

TGRC is working with an independent expert who helps households across the UK access a high-quality installation in group-buying schemes for products like solar panels and green energy. They have global offices and are looking for an experienced Installer Manager with a focus on acquiring, managing and optimizing commercial partnerships. Experience of the solar market in the UK is a benefit.

To succeed in this role:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in operational management and/or commercial partnership

• Attention to detail and are always looking for ways to improve operational performance or the implementation process,

• You have strong communication skills that enable you to develop and maintain partnerships with installers, to influence and get people involved in your ideas, while also giving clear and timely feedback when issues do arise;

• You are dedicated to customer service, going the extra mile to enable partners and creating the best possible experience for customers;

• You have a proven history of continuously improving operational performance or implementation processes by applying concrete and actionable ideas;

• You value change and innovation and are interested in the technology and opportunity of solar panels, while being pragmatic and operationally focused in your approach to work.

• Management of a third-party relationships such as trainers and technical inspectors

• You are intrigue by technology and solar panels

• A keen interest in Solar panel

• Travel within the UK to installer sites.

• Good influencing and communication skills
