Position Overview

TGRC is seeking an experienced and dedicated Installation Supervisor to join our team for an onshore wind project based in Shinhan, South Korea. This role requires a professional with a strong background in onshore wind projects, capable of supervising and ensuring the successful installation of wind turbines.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation of wind turbines, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.

• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.

• Prepare and submit detailed reports on project progress and any incidents.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience working on onshore wind projects is essential.

• Proven track record of supervising large-scale onshore wind installations.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
