Installation Supervisor (Onshore Wind)

TGRC Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Installation Supervisor to join our onshore wind project team in Gangwon for a 12-month contract. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $60 per hour, providing an exceptional opportunity for an individual with expertise in wind turbine installation and project supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the installation of onshore wind turbines.

  • Ensure all operations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.

  • Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and other construction staff to ensure project deadlines are met.

  • Handle site inspections and project reporting to senior management.

  • Solve on-site problems effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Installation Supervisor in the renewable energy sector, particularly in wind projects.

  • Strong leadership and personnel management skills.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Familiarity with safety protocols and certification in relevant safety training.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
