​Installation Supervisor (Onshore Wind)

TGRC Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled Installation Supervisor for an exciting onshore wind project located in South Jeolla. This is a 12-month contract position offering a competitive hourly rate of $60 per hour, perfect for a professional adept in wind turbine installation and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the setup and installation of onshore wind turbines in South Jeolla.

• Ensure all operations adhere to industry standards and enforce strict safety protocols.

• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and other construction staff to ensure the project remains on schedule.

• Perform regular site inspections and provide detailed reports to senior management.

• Quickly address and resolve any on-site issues to minimize project delays.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Installation Supervisor, particularly in the wind energy sector.

• Strong leadership abilities and experience managing project teams.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Thorough understanding of safety regulations with relevant safety certifications.

• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.
