​Installation Supervisor – Floating Offshore Wind Projects

Hourly Rate: $55-70 USD

The Green Recruitment Company is thrilled to announce an opportunity for a dynamic Installation Supervisor to join a leading Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firm specializing in pioneering Floating Offshore Wind Projects. This position is based in the scenic area of Yeonggwang-gun, South Korea.

Role Overview: As an Installation Supervisor, you will oversee the critical installation phase of state-of-the-art offshore wind projects. This role requires precision, expertise, and a commitment to safety and efficiency in managing complex offshore installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the installation processes of floating offshore wind structures.

• Enforce strict safety and quality standards on-site.

• Manage and guide onsite teams to promote efficient and effective project execution.

• Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and various contractors to achieve project deliverables on time.

• Address and resolve onsite challenges with innovative and proactive solutions.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in supervising large-scale offshore or wind farm projects.

• Deep understanding of engineering principles related to offshore wind energy installations.

• Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing diverse teams.

• Fluent in English; Korean language skills are highly desirable.

• Professional certifications in project management or construction supervision are beneficial.
