Installation Supervisor – Floating Wind Project
Location: Gyeongju-si, South Korea
Contract Duration: 12 months
Hourly Rate: $55-70 USD
The Green Recruitment Company is proud to partner with an esteemed renewable energy developer that is spearheading a floating wind project. We are in search of a dedicated Installation Supervisor to guide and oversee operations in Gyeongju-si, South Korea.
Role Overview: The Installation Supervisor will be responsible for leading the installation of floating wind turbines, ensuring the project is executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all regulatory standards. This position requires a strong leader with proven expertise in managing complex projects in marine environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the overall installation process of floating wind turbines and associated systems.
Ensure adherence to all safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
Coordinate effectively with engineers, project managers, and construction teams to meet project timelines and budgets.
Oversee daily operations on site, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders.
Requirements:
Significant experience in supervising installations for offshore wind projects, particularly floating turbines.
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems relevant to offshore wind energy.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in challenging weather conditions.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Korean is highly desirable.
Relevant certifications in project management, engineering, or a related field are preferred.
