Our client, a leading renewable energy developer based in China, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join their team in Beijing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and training and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.

• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

• Provide advice and guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring that all employees are treated fairly and equitably.

• Develop and manage the company's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring that they are competitive and aligned with market trends.

• Develop and implement training and development programs, ensuring that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.

• Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices, with the ability to develop and implement HR programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
