​The Role:

• Close collaboration with Management in the target region during all stages of development prior to RTB stage, whilst providing project developers with commercial assessment to guide decision making

• Managing entire debt financing process, includes due diligence, transaction and advisory management, financing documentation

• Assessing equity needs in the target region and implementing processes to support sustainable growth, for example: capital raise, partnerships, divestment

• Overseeing the implementation of projects from financial close through commencement of commercial operations and potentially also during operation

• Identifying and implementing value accretion opportunities

• Support in organic/M&A opportunities

• Build up a team
