​The Green Recruitment Company are delighted to be supporting our client, UK’s leading residential smart battery storage company. Their battery asset management software platform enables customers to maximise the usage of renewable energy and unlick mass adoption of EV technology.

Their mission is to decarbonise energy systems by switching to renewable energy and use greatest amount of solar and low-cost grid energy.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with executive team regarding forecasting and budgeting

• Providing management reporting and comparison for forecasts and budget

• Assessing report progress and hiring plan

• Analyse opportunities to generate revenue or lower costs

• Evaluating risks and trends affecting annual results

• Actively analysing financial reports with team members to improve financial/operational procedures to optimise higher profit margins and performances

• Maintain ad hoc requests (e.g., analysis for board meeting, fundraising due diligence, etc.)

Requirements:

• Advanced Excel modelling required, Google Sheets a plus 

• Previous experience in an FP&A role

•  Experience in systems and data management / development

• Track record of success in delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Previous experience with NetSuite (Desirable)

• Previous exposure to US GAAP (Desirable) 

• Exposure within a start/scale-up business is desirable 

• SaaS background is beneficial
