Our client, a prominent renewable energy Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company based in Beijing, is seeking a talented and visionary Finance Director to join their dynamic team. As the Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations and driving the company's financial success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability goals.

• Lead the finance team, providing guidance and direction in areas such as accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.

• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

• Oversee budgeting and financial planning processes, collaborating with department heads and project teams.

• Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other stakeholders.

• Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies.

• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to finance and renewable energy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Proven experience (X years) in a senior finance leadership role, preferably within the renewable energy sector.

• Strong knowledge of financial management principles, regulations, and best practices.

• Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and financial modeling.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.

• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
