Job Title: ESG Manager (Reporting)
Location: London
Salary: Up to £110,000
We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced ESG Manager (Reporting) to join our client, a leading finance organisation based in London. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues and has extensive experience in ESG reporting and disclosure.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the ESG reporting framework for the organisation, ensuring compliance with relevant reporting standards and guidelines
Work collaboratively with internal teams to collect and analyse ESG data, and prepare accurate and timely ESG reports
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of ESG data, and manage the ESG data verification process
Monitor and report on industry developments and best practices related to ESG reporting and disclosure
Engage with external stakeholders, including investors, rating agencies, and industry bodies, to ensure transparency and credibility of the organisation's ESG reporting
Provide guidance and support to internal teams on ESG reporting and disclosure requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in ESG reporting and disclosure, preferably in the financial services sector
Strong knowledge of ESG reporting standards and guidelines, including GRI, SASB, TCFD, and other frameworks
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret ESG data
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders on ESG reporting and disclosure
Knowledge of the finance industry and financial products, with an understanding of the linkages between ESG factors and financial performance
