The Green Recruitment Company is thrilled to offer an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Environmental Surveyor with expertise in offshore operations. Based in the vibrant city of Cork, this contract role is pivotal in driving forward projects within the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Perform environmental surveys for offshore cable and pipe installation projects.

• Collect and analyze data to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to assess environmental impacts and develop mitigation strategies.

• Provide expert consultation on environmental risks and sustainable practices.

• Prepare and deliver detailed reports and presentations to project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Environmental Surveyor or similar role, particularly in offshore environments.

• Thorough knowledge of environmental regulations and standards related to offshore construction.

• Skilled in the use of specialized survey equipment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in report writing.

• A relevant degree in Environmental Science, Marine Biology, or a related field is preferred.
