Position Overview: As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of Process Engineers in optimizing and enhancing our manufacturing processes for renewable energy components, contributing to our mission of providing sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Process Engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

• Oversee the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes for renewable energy components.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues.

• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance production capabilities and reduce waste.

• Ensure process validation efforts are conducted in adherence to industry standards and regulations.

• Promote and enforce safety and environmental compliance throughout the manufacturing process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (Master's degree preferred).

• Proven experience in process engineering within the manufacturing industry, with a focus on renewable energy components or related fields.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to analyze and improve complex processes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
