​The Green Recruitment Company has partnered with a global leader in innovative technologies and lifecycle solutions for the marine and energy markets. They are seeking an Electrical Supervisor for their current and upcoming BESS projects in the US.

Employment: Direct Hire

Site Location: Houston, TX

Pay rate: $100k+ (DOE)

The Role in a nutshell:

•         Manage electrical works at site

•         Responsible of Electrical Safety during work

Duties and Responsibilities:

•         Plan and follow-up progress of electrical works at site

•         Proactively manage the scope of work and material flow

•         Plan and coordinate activities with the subcontractors and monitor the progress accordingly

•         Follow and give input to the project time schedule

•         Maintain good customer relations at site

•         Manage and maintain good reporting practices

•         To ensure that electrical as-built drawings are completed and communicated

•         To safeguard the compliance with HSSE policies and minimize risks in electrical installation works

Construction, Installation:

•         Coordinate construction and installation works in cooperation with other disciplines

•         Ensure that design and installation instructions are followed

•         Arrange inspection of received material and goods at site

•         Review invoices from subcontractors and suppliers

•         Maintain records of change orders and claims

•         Organize and lead the electrical weekly site meetings

•         Ensure the quality control at site

•         Advise and support the client in planning, organizing and execution of tests

Testing, Commissioning:

•         Manage and plan safe inspections and test procedures

•         Instruct and advise subcontractors to use accepted test and inspection methods and proper test equipment

•         Ensure testing of installed equipment and document test results

•         Manage punch list

•         Ensure that all required documents are submitted and signed by the customer for taking over of the plan
