​Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic R&D Planning: Formulate the strategic plan for crystalline silicon battery R&D, aligning with the company's overall growth strategy.

2. New Product & Technology Development: Lead the design and development of new products and technologies, including silicon wafers, solar cells, and modules, and promote their industrialization.

3. Technology Upgrades & Process Improvements: Continuously enhance product performance and reduce costs through technological upgrades and process improvements.

4. Technical Standards Formulation: Develop and enforce new product technical standards to ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality requirements.

5. Intellectual Property Management: Manage intellectual property to safeguard the company's technical assets and maintain compliance.

6. Project Applications & Collaborations: Plan and execute technology project applications and industry-academia-research collaborations.

7. Management System Establishment: Establish and maintain the R&D and quality management systems to ensure efficient and standardized R&D operations.

Qualification Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Microelectronics, Semiconductor Physics, Applied Physics, Condensed Matter Physics, Materials Science and Engineering, Solid Physics, Energy Science and Engineering, Photovoltaic Technology and Applications, Renewable Energy Materials and Devices, or related fields.

2. Work Experience: Extensive experience in crystalline silicon photovoltaic battery technology development within a photovoltaic enterprise. Preferably, candidates with a bachelor's degree should have 8 years, a master's degree should have 6 years, and a Ph.D. should have 4 years of experience in a standardized photovoltaic enterprise. Experience in TOPCon and BC battery development is a plus.

3. Professional Skills: Proficient in the design, testing, analysis, data simulation, and efficiency loss analysis of various high-efficiency battery structures.Strong understanding of project management, R&D quality management, and intellectual property management methodologies.
