​The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a Business Development Manager-Director to work in a Chinese Global Investment platform.

The candidate will lead early‑stage development and provide engineering support across the portfolio of solar, wind, and other clean‑energy projects.

The role combines technical assessment, project development, and on‑site execution, requiring a full‑cycle understanding of how utility‑scale assets move from concept to commercial operation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the initial technical workstream for renewable‑energy assets by conducting feasibility studies, evaluating potential sites, and reviewing preliminary construction approaches.

• Coordinate on‑site activities during project construction and deliver technical support on electrical‑engineering matters throughout the build‑out phase.

• Develop and update techno‑economic analyses and project‑screening packages, including CAPEX/OPEX assumptions, energy‑yield estimates, and financial projections.

• Engage with EPC firms, technology vendors, and development partners to move projects through key milestones and reach financial close.

• Monitor changes in market regulations, interconnection rules, and grid‑code requirements to ensure project compliance.

• Contribute to the drafting and negotiation of EPC and investment contracts, focusing on the accuracy and robustness of technical clauses.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

• Plus 2 years of experience in the technical development and origination in renewable‑energy projects (solar, wind, or storage), including full early‑stage development from greenfield to ready‑to‑build.

• Experience in the EPC cycle, with familiarity in on‑site coordination and technical support from groundbreaking to COD.

• Fluency in English is a must.
