​The Green Recruitment Company are delighted to be supporting an exciting cleantech scale-up at a pivotal point in their global expansion to identify a new member of their Delivery team.

With grid balancing & optimisation being a crucial element to the decarbonization strategy of TSO’s & DNO’s, this business is in a fantastic position, offering a product suite of solutions to an array global energy partners.

The business seek a Delivery & Implementation Support, to develop an expert knowledge of their SaaS platform & product suite, to successfully expand their footprint across UK & Europe.

• Working with energy system operators in new regions, understanding the changes required on the platform for use in that specific region, initial training on the use of the platform and on-boarding them onto the platform

• Setting up the project plan for delivery of the SaaS platform in a new country or region, ensuring that the delivery meets the customers time requirements.

• On-boarding and training new service providers and customers on the platform use.

• Coordination with the regional team on delivery engagement activities, marketing activities and customer success activities

• Coordination with the energy customers on activities and their associated responsibilities.

• Negotiating and working with the customer to find alternative solutions if changes are not possible

Requirements;

• 3+ years of experience in agile project management from the tech, cleantech or a software business.

• Proven track record delivering across multiple projects with a variety of stakeholders

• Ability to work in both a highly independent and collaborative manner

• You are an incredibly motivated and organised person. You enjoy the process of prioritising work and setting timelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Resourceful, adaptable with a strong aptitude for onboarding new information regarding products and services.
