As part of their ongoing and continuous growth, our client is currently searching for a DataProduct Lead,who will play a critical role in building and executing their data product strategy.

This Individual will be joining the Oxford-based team and will report directly to the Digital Solutions Director, while also leading a cross-functional team on new and existing data products.

Responsibilities include:

• Working closely with the Digital Solutions Director to define & drive the data product vision

• Taking responsibility for existing data products as well as delivering new ones

• Leading a cross-functional team of engineers, analysts, & developers

• Maintaining relationships with internal & external stakeholders to understand product uses

• Building and maintaining the product roadmap

• Identifying new data sources and data gaps to improve existing products

• Building a successful team of junior product managers

• Collaborating with the commercial team to increase product adoption

• Leading the international expansion of data products

Job Requirements:

• At least 4 years’ experience & track record of delivering complex projects

• Data Fluency (identification, quality assessment, processing, analysis, visualization, insight generation etc.)

• Experience working with data products

• Ability to build relations with senior decision-makers & manage a range of stakeholder relations

• Deep interest in decarbonization and energy

• Experience with cross-functional teamwork to accomplish common goals

• Excellent communication & analytical skills

• Experience with SQL
