Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering long-term relationships. You will collaborate closely with project managers, technical teams, and clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide tailored support.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
Manage and prioritize client inquiries, providing expert guidance on renewable energy solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate information and solutions to clients.
Monitor and report on customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
Assist in the development of client-facing materials and documentation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer support, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
