Description:

• Cash and liquidity management, perform liquidity forecast;
• Prepare the KTP (internal reporting tool) informing the existing cash & cash equivalent loans conditions on regular basis;
• Follow up on financing / capital injection / shareholder loan requirements
• Management of project external financing;
• Monitor project external financing related share pledge with local AIC, and AR pledge;
• Implement SAFE registration and repayment of principle and interest for foreign debt and prepare regulatory filling, report or response, if any;
• In charge of monitoring and management of existing financing (payment schedule, availability of cash);
• Implement umbrella facility drawdown and repayment;
• Manage and guide the corporate finance team members of EV FAST;
• Ensure all debt, letter of credit payments, guarantees and reporting are timely managed;
• Ensure compliance with relevant internal and external regulation, policy and guidelines;

• At least 3 years of work experience in the field of corporate finance
• Minimum university graduate in finance and economics
• Experience in financial leasing, bank loan and cashflow forecast
• Hands on proactive person able to work independently, able to work in a fast growing start up setting within a big international company
• Could use English as working language
