Our client, a leading renewable energy developer based in China, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Manager to join their team in Beijing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract negotiations and administration, including developing and reviewing contracts, managing contract disputes, and ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review contracts, ensuring that they are legally sound and meet the company's business objectives.

• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, contractors, and other third parties, ensuring that contract terms and conditions are favorable to the company.

• Manage the contract administration process, including tracking and monitoring contract performance, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions, and managing contract disputes.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including legal, procurement, and project management teams, to ensure that contract terms and conditions are properly understood and implemented.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other third parties, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the contract lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management within the renewable energy sector.

• Strong knowledge of contract law and contract administration processes, with the ability to develop and review complex contracts.

• Proven track record of negotiating contracts with suppliers, contractors, and other third parties.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
