Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end service contract lifecycle from initiation to expiration.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet business needs while managing risks.
Monitor compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to define service requirements and deliverables.
Coordinate activities of a team of Field Service Technicians and 3rd party sub-contractors who provide maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, training, and other services.
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with service contracts and vendor relationships.
Develop and maintain a centralized contract database for easy access to contract documents and key dates.
Provide guidance and support regarding contractual issues to business units and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Discipline, Contract Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in contract management or procurement, preferably in a service-oriented environment.
Minimum of 5 years engineering experience or equivalent.
Strong negotiation skills with a thorough understanding of contract law and terminology.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of the market for mechanical/thermal/electrical industrial equipment and electric grid is a plus.
