Our Clients

Our clients is a world leading certification provider of technical services. The global team is looking for a contract-based role of Project Management Consultant to be based in Vietnam. The work to be carried out under this stage will include the following items although the exact review, inspection and monitoring requirement will be discussed during the project kick-off meeting between Orange, PMC and the contractor.


The Responsibilities of the Role

  • Contractor Performance

- Construction monitoring services: Ensure that construction is in accordance with specifications and approved drawings, based on good engineering practice and approved codes and standards

- Review, inspect and monitor, comment and confirm construction progress in conformance with final design or as per Project Schedule.

- Verifying that the contractor achieves technical quality.

- Review, inspect and monitor of Contractor’s quality assurance program and health safety and industrial relations for compliance with industry standards and statutory requirements.

  • Inspection during project implementation phases

- Inspection of WTG Foundation civil works

  • Deliverables

- Monitor the project schedule and flag the activities on critical path.

- Daily activity tracking reports from site with key photographs, during execution.

- Detailed weekly reports including check on resources and inventory

- Weekly report of photo documentation for the project.

- Weekly, Monthly & Observation checklist format to be review from Orange.

- Raising NCRs and RCA reports and provide a monthly status report

  • Besides the above, PMC team shall sign-off on documents such as concrete pour cards, construction check list, as required.



  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business (Engineering), Renewable Energy or, Mechanical Engineering.

  • Professional onsite experience in the similar role focusing on the offshore wind farm during construction phase.

  • Familiar with comprehensive stage inspection and regular inspections of all civil and structural works of the project based on respective Standard Codes and design.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and experienced in project management function.

  • Cross-cultural experience.

  • Team player with positive mindset.
