TGRC is looking for (3) Construction Site Managers and a Project Manager to join a leading electricity producer (Solar, Wind). The Site Manager will support the various construction projects in Ireland.

The Site Manager is responsible for the management, coordination, and realization of all the site activities for the construction of the project (Solar):

• Manage the site team (except HSE), namely site supervisors (mechanical, electrical, civil, warehouse manager and quality managers);

• Responsible for all subcontractor's work: make sure all HSE documents are fully validated before entrance on site, and that the works are conducted as per these HSE documents

• Assure production rates are being followed by Subcontractors on site, and Project Execution is in line with Contractual Requirements

• Coordinate and assure execution of all site works, assuring compliance with Technical Requirements, Project Execution Design and Permits

• Report daily to the Project Manager the project site progress; Elaborate weekly reports

• Report and mitigate any risk subject to causing delay or additional cost to the project

• Propose added value alternatives regarding project execution

100% site based. The projects are scattered across Ireland so we are looking for someone happy to travel.
