Job Title: Commissioning Supervisor (Onshore Wind Project)

Location: Crete, Greece

Contract Length: 9 months

Hourly Rate: €55 - €65 per hour

Role Overview: The Commissioning Supervisor will oversee all aspects of the commissioning process for a new wind energy installation. This pivotal role ensures all operations align with project specifications and adhere to safety, quality, and environmental guidelines. You will be integral in steering the project through its final stages to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the commissioning activities for wind turbine systems and related infrastructure.

  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental policies throughout the commissioning phase.

  • Coordinate effectively between engineering, construction, and project management teams.

  • Oversee testing and validation of all system components and equipment.

  • Troubleshoot issues during commissioning, minimizing delays and maintaining project timelines.

  • Document all commissioning activities and provide detailed reports to project stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in commissioning supervision, particularly in the renewable energy or wind sector.

  • Strong technical knowledge of wind turbine systems, both mechanical and electrical.

  • Exceptional leadership abilities and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to manage time and priorities effectively.

  • Engineering degree or equivalent in a relevant field preferred.

  • Certifications in health and safety are highly advantageous.
