Job description
Develop and implement the renewable energy business strategy for green hydrogen projects in China, identifying market opportunities and conducting feasibility studies.
Build strategic relationships with clients, partners, regulatory bodies, government departments, and other market participants.
Make informed investment decisions for hydrogen business, including technology, land, pipelines, and operators.
Ensure thorough understanding and clarification of technical specifications and owner requirements.
Conduct due diligence visits (site, country, technology, contractor/partner) and provide comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to gather feedback and compile documentation for bid preparation, ensuring alignment with RFP requirements.
Lead the development of technical, commercial, and financial bids, ensuring quality standards are met.
Serve as the key liaison between the business development team and internal functions, ensuring timely delivery and quality of O&M packages.
Optimize technical configurations and finalize green hydrogen modeling, including techno-commercial assumptions and KPIs.
Participate in bid meetings and negotiations, highlighting key risks, opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies.
Job Requirements:
A Bachelor degree holder in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field.
10-15 years’ experience preferably in the renewable market with good knowledge in Green Hydrogen business.
Experience in business development and project landing.
Strong knowledge on Solar PV and Wind generation projections. And with good knowledge or experience on Green Hydroge.
