​Introduction

We are currently seeking a Business Development Director for our client, an Energy Consultancy firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to increase the company's revenue and expand its clientele. Our client is looking for a sales person with 5 years plus years of experience in sustainability and procurement professions. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for a candidate who can start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement business strategies to increase the company's revenue and expand its clientele

- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients

- Work with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies to promote the company's services

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients

- Attend conferences and events to promote the company's services and network with potential clients

- Analyse market trends and provide feedback to the management team

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of projects
