Business AgriPV Manager
My client is a company specializing in the renewable energy sector for photovoltaics, onshore wind and floating offshore wind, developing its own ENR solutions, on behalf of third-party investors or in partnership with local authorities. The group is an operator with a global offer and manages projects in France and abroad.
Your goal: Development of agrivoltaic strategical axis and management of solar projects in France in full autonomy, including agrivoltaic projects, from the qualification phase of the opportunity to the commissioning.
Identification and prospecting of new agrivoltaic opportunities following the company's exploration strategy (prioritizing large scale projects), with the management of qualification and feasibility studies,
Development and updates of development tools and strategy in close collaboration with the solar PV development manager and the land prospecting manager,
Contact and meeting with the owners and all stakeholders involved in agrivoltaic projects to ensure the land and local acceptability necessary to launch the projects and management of external representation of the company's photovoltaic activity and consultation with local actors (communities, population, political actors and administrations) through public meetings, presentations or offices.
Build relationships and negotiate with landowners and operators for land leases signatures and all agrivoltaic land acts, and preparation of offers and negotiations, including bids for calls for projects
Internal reporting including preparation of internal investment committees (budget preparation, planning, setting objectives, risk analysis),
Manage technical, environmental, and economic studies, including the management of external consultants, in close contact with internal support teams and including consultation with providers, supervision of negotiations and monitoring of services in close collaboration with internal support teams.
Management of all the authorizations submissions, instruction and obtentions needed to build and finance solar projects, including agrivoltaic projects.
Management of the development of key accounts with the Solar PV Development Manager
Support and accompaniment of the other project managers for commercial negotiation, local dialogues, and projects defense, especially for agrivoltaic projects.

· Project management
· Ability to manage the cost and planning of projects
· Understand and be proactive on all the aspects of projects
· Excellent interpersonal skills, reactivity, initiative taking
· Good abilities for reporting
· Native French language
· Hold a valid driver’s license
Business trips frequency: 2-3 travels a month in several French regions
