​Our client are focused on decarbonising heavy industry, by replacing fossil-fuel-based heat with clean, high-temperature thermal energy.

Set to revolutionise the sustainable heating solutions available to energy-intensive consumers, this exciting thermal energy storage system, stores renewable electricity as heat, enabling industrial customers to access “Heat-as-a-Service” without upfront investment or disruption.

We’re now hiring an experienced Business Development to lead commercial growth in the French market. This remote role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in industrial equipment sales, sustainable heat solutions or energy performance contracting, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and close new business with industrial customers and energy project developers

  • Lead the development of commercial strategy across target, French industrial, manufacturing or processing customers.

  • Manage and grow existing accounts.

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of partnership opportunities.

  • Collaborate with technical and finance teams to align solutions with customer needs

  • Represent the company at industry events and negotiate complex contracts

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial or energy sectors

  • Proven success in complex, multi-million-euro sales environments

  • Strong understanding of industrial heating processes and energy markets

  • Fluent in French and English

  • Willingness to travel up to 60%

  • Passionate about making a positive contribution to the energy transition.
