TGRC partnered with a prominent renewables business and is seeking a skilled BESS Project Lead to join their dynamic team. In collaboration with The Green Recruitment Company, we are on the lookout for a talented individual to drive energy storage initiatives in Taipei City, Taiwan.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage and lead the energy storage project department to ensure seamless collaboration and optimal performance.

• Operation and Maintenance: Oversee the engineering aspects of project operation and maintenance for efficient and sustainable energy storage systems.

• Project Planning: Develop and supervise the implementation of comprehensive energy storage project plans to achieve desired outcomes.

• Quality and Safety Management: Ensure rigorous control of project site quality, safety measures, and progress monitoring.

Qualifications:

• Design/Installation Expertise: Possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the design and installation of Lithium battery systems.

• Commissioning Success: Proven track record of successfully commissioning over 50MW (100MWh) BESS systems.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD to enhance project design and execution.

• Fire Prevention Knowledge: Strong understanding of fire prevention systems in the context of energy storage projects.

• Language Skills: Good command of English to facilitate effective communication within the team and stakeholders.
