​The Green Recruitment Company are delighted to be partnered with a leading clean energy infrastructure developer, owner, operator - seeking a highly competent Programme Manager / Leader to develop & execute the rollout of a large-scale deployment programme of outdoor battery storage systems across the UK.

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of delivery & ensuring that the strategic aims for the programme are met. The ideal candidate will be independent & organised, with the ability to collaborate and to deliver high quality work in a fast-paced environment, Effectively managing simultaneous projects & with a can-do attitude.

They will also be an excellent communicator, with the ability to direct, manage & motivate a multi-functional team.

Responsibilities include:

• Engaging & working with stakeholders/contractors to successfully deliver the installation programme

• Identifying and implementing ways of streamlining the delivery process to drive efficiency

• Maintaining excellent working relationships with all stakeholders and ensuring effective communication between parties

• Effectively managing & monitoring the programme budget

• Originating and managing processes, documentation and systems of work necessary for the successful and efficient delivery of the project

Requirements:

• Previous experience with a multi-location installation rollout programme for outdoor electrical equipment

• Engineering degree (preferred), or in-depth engineering knowledge related to the commissioning aspects of equipment/plant installation

• Previous experience managing commissioning or installation projects alongside 3rd party stakeholders

• Experience negotiating & managing contracts related to project delivery

• Full understanding of and experience of working under CDM2015

• Demonstratable experience and passion for tactical problem solving and developing, executing and refining project delivery programmes

• In depth knowledge of battery storage and inverter technologies would be highly beneficial
