Job Description:

​Our client an Infrastructure focused Private Equity firm are looking to hire an Associate and a VP into their London team. The role involves origination, execution and asset management of infrastructure private equity investments across Europe. Generous Salary with 100% bonus + carry

The role will work alongside colleagues to generate new deal flow by proactively covering the market, leading execution of deal processes and actively overseeing performance of portfolio companies.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing, due diligence, closing and integration of add-on acquisitions into existing investment platforms

• Originating and converting investment opportunities

• Supporting the private equity investment processes

• Performing initial review of business opportunities

• Supervising junior professionals

• Drafting investment committee reports

Skills needed:

• 3+ years of private equity investment experience

• infrastructure/renewables experience

• Demonstrated excellent transaction execution experience

• Strong experience developing relationships

• Proven experience in analyzing, structuring, and executing private equity investments
