​TGRC are working with a leading Buy-Side Infrastructure Fund specializing in M&A transactions across Core, Core Plus, and Renewables projects. The company is dedicated to investing in sustainable infrastructure solutions that drive economic growth and enhance community development.

They're looking to add an Associate Director to their investment team, focusing on sourcing, evaluating, and executing M&A transactions within the infrastructure sector. This role requires a deep understanding of Core, Core Plus, and Renewables projects, as well as experience in financial modelling, due diligence, and deal structuring.

Your role:

• Lead the sourcing and evaluation of investment opportunities in Core, Core Plus, and Renewables infrastructure projects.

• Conduct detailed financial analysis, including financial modelling and valuation assessments.

• Collaborate closely with senior team members to execute transactions from origination through to closing.

• Manage due diligence processes, coordinating with external advisors and internal stakeholders.

• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for investment committee review.

• Monitor portfolio companies and assist in strategic decision-making and value creation initiatives post-acquisition.

Your background:

• 4-7 years of experience in infrastructure investments, M&A transactions, or investment banking focused on infrastructure.

• Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in Excel

• Proven track record of executing transactions in Core, Core Plus, and/or Renewables infrastructure sectors.

• Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
