Responsibilities

• Execute on Corporate Finance transactions.

• Prepare detailed financial models and valuation analyses

• Conduct industry and company research to support transaction origination and execution

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal processes and best practices

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or a related field

• Renewable Energy experience

• Excellent Financial modelling, excel charting, valuations using DCF and comparable company analysis skills

• Experiencing using Bloomberg / Capital IQ / Factset / PitchBook is a bonus
