​We have a great new opportunity to join an M&A and Project Advisory firm in Sydney, dedicated to supporting the energy transition across APAC.

In this role you will be accountable for the smooth execution of advisory mandates relating to financial structuring, raising required debt or leading M&A equity finance transactions.

You'll get the opportunity to work on projects throughout the APAC region and across a variety of energy asset classes.

Your role:

• Take the lead on projects relating to financial structuring, raising required debt or supporting M&A equity finance transactions.

• Lead the interactions with clients, banks and other project stakeholders

• Oversee junior members of the team on the development and management of financial models and cash flow valuations for renewable energy projects

• Proactively maintain relationships with existing clients and develop your network to support business development activities for the region

Your background:

• Ideally 8+ years across M&A and/or Project Finance with a track record of transactions within renewables

• A strong working understanding of financial concepts and products, and financial modelling techniques for PF & M&A transactions

• Good leadership qualities and ability to build solid relationships internally and externally

• Ability to communicate complex ideas to all audiences
