​Our client a Private Equity firm with global offices specialising in Renewable & Infrastructure Investments across Europe & America are looking for a VP to join their Dublin Offices.

The role will work alongside colleagues to generate new deal flow by proactively covering the market, leading execution of deal processes and actively overseeing performance of portfolio companies.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing, due diligence, closing and integration of add-on acquisitions into existing investment platforms

• Originating and converting investment opportunities

• Supporting the private equity investment processes

• Performing initial review of business opportunities

• Supervising junior professionals in

• Drafting investment committee reports

• Managing third party due diligence partners

• Supporting or leading liquidity events and exit processes

Skills needed:

• 4+ years of private equity investment experience, ideally in the middle market

• 6+ years of total work experience in relevant roles such as: private equity, investment banking, accountancy and management consulting

• Demonstrated excellent transaction execution experience

• Strong experience developing relationships

• Proven experience in analyzing, structuring, and executing/quarterbacking private equity investments
