Responsibilities: As the Vice President of Business Development, you will be responsible for spearheading the company's strategic initiatives and driving revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, both domestically and internationally. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing the company's business development strategy to achieve ambitious sales targets and market expansion goals.

  • Identifying and evaluating potential markets, partners, and opportunities for growth, conducting thorough market research and analysis.

  • Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, government agencies, and industry influencers.

  • Leading negotiations for strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and distribution agreements to enhance market presence and expand the company's customer base.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the business development team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring professional growth and development.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is highly desirable.

  • Proven track record of at least 10 years in business development, sales, or strategic roles within the renewable energy, solar, or related industries.

  • Deep understanding of the solar PV market, industry dynamics, and emerging trends.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating high-performing teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.

  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities, with a successful track record in closing deals and forming strategic partnerships.

  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential.
