Job description

Overview:
Our client is a globally recognised offshore wind contractor with over 20 years of sector-specific experience and a rich marine heritage. They are seeking a Tender Engineer to support complex, multidisciplinary bids across offshore wind infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Tender Manager in end-to-end coordination of large-scale tender processes.

  • Independently manage smaller, project-based tenders.

  • Prepare and compile high-quality bid documentation.

  • Coordinate handover and mobilisation post-award.

  • Lead post-tender evaluations and continuous improvement activities.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.

  • Previous experience in a similar tendering role, ideally within offshore wind or marine sectors.

  • Exposure to hydraulic and/or civil engineering projects is advantageous.

  • Solid understanding of contractual frameworks and commercial considerations.

  • Strong analytical skills with a collaborative, customer-focused approach.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
