Job description
Overview:
Our client is a globally recognised offshore wind contractor with over 20 years of sector-specific experience and a rich marine heritage. They are seeking a Tender Engineer to support complex, multidisciplinary bids across offshore wind infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Tender Manager in end-to-end coordination of large-scale tender processes.
Independently manage smaller, project-based tenders.
Prepare and compile high-quality bid documentation.
Coordinate handover and mobilisation post-award.
Lead post-tender evaluations and continuous improvement activities.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
Previous experience in a similar tendering role, ideally within offshore wind or marine sectors.
Exposure to hydraulic and/or civil engineering projects is advantageous.
Solid understanding of contractual frameworks and commercial considerations.
Strong analytical skills with a collaborative, customer-focused approach.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
