Our client, a leading Chinese Utility Company, is seeking a Technical Engineer specializing in waste water infrastructure projects to join their team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the design, construction, and operation of waste water infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise in the planning, design, construction, and operation of waste water infrastructure projects

• Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify technical issues and provide solutions

• Prepare technical reports and project specifications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer expectations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets

• Monitor project progress and performance to ensure delivery of high-quality and cost-effective solutions

• Provide technical training and support to project teams and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• At least 5 years of experience in waste water infrastructure projects, including design, construction, and operation

• Strong technical knowledge of waste water treatment processes, systems, and equipment

• Experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus
