The Green Recruitment Company has partnered with a leading Engineering Wind player that is growing rapidly. The position will be reporting to the Corporate Managing Director and the company has more than 800 employees.
Lead the corporate technical engineering department in the company.
Oversee the engineering phase and works of each projects and validate the designs.
Negotiate and oversee the work and performance of suppliers and engineering contractors.
Assess and implement the Engineering plan to accomplish the contracts terms and deadlines.
Oversee and improve the economic and technical KPI´s and indicators.
Deal with the stakeholders to align their interests with each project´s objectives.
Troubleshooting solving in the design and engineering of the projects.
Manage the documentation and standardize designs and processes to improve company´s performance.
Master´s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Plus 7-8 years of experience leading Wind Engineering departments in EPC or similar companies.
Proven experience in Civil and Substations disciplines.
Availability to travel.
Fluent English is a must.
