​The Green Recruitment Company has partnered with a leading Engineering Wind player that is growing rapidly. The position will be reporting to the Corporate Managing Director and the company has more than 500 employees.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the corporate technical engineering department in the company.

• Oversee the engineering phase and works of each projects and validate the designs.

• Negotiate and oversee the work and performance of suppliers and engineering contractors.

• Assess and implement the Engineering plan to accomplish the contracts terms and deadlines.

• Oversee and improve the economic and technical KPI´s and indicators.

• Deal with the stakeholders to align their interests with each project´s objectives.

• Troubleshooting solving in the design and engineering of the projects.

• Manage the documentation and standardize designs and processes to improve company´s performance.

Requirements:

• Master´s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

• Plus 7-8 years of experience leading Wind Engineering departments in EPC or similar companies.

• Proven experience in Civil and Substations disciplines.

• Availability to travel.

• Fluent English is a must.
