​Job Title: Sustainability Marketing Manager

Location: Rotterdam (hybrid - 3 days at the office)

Salary: DOE + 8% holiday + 8% pension fully covered + 750 EUR quarterly as inflation support.

Our client hires and develops the most passionate people in their field to help build a better working world and is currently looking for a dynamic and creative Sustainability Marketing Manager, who will work closely with sales teams to provide qualified leads, which result in project work for the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing support for the development and rollout of new services and promotion of content.

Our client are looking to bring onboard passionate sustainability professionals who are committed to helping businesses become a force for good.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content production and communication.

• Plan and execute a variety of campaigns, including email, social media, PPC, and events.

• Oversee and manage content for the company website, blog, and social media channels.

• Strategy & Implementation, including a yearly marketing plan designed and budgeted.

• Strong collaboration with the sales team to deliver and follow-up on marketing qualified leads
  

Your Profile:

• Relevant working experience in B2B and sustainability content creation.

• Solid expertise in of content marketing, digital marketing, and influencing marketing.

• Good understanding of Marketing tools like Hubspot, Wordpress, LinkedIn, Google Ads...

• A storyteller and experimented communicator.

• A great team player that works quickly and independently.

• An engaged person with an interest in sustainability that goes beyond work and is also part of your lifestyle.
