​Job Title: Structured Finance Associate - Clean Energy and Infrastructure

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Structured Finance Associate to join our client’s London office, focusing on clean energy and infrastructure projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about the renewable energy sector and wants to be part of a team that is dedicated to making a difference in the world.

Responsibilities:

• Support senior team members in the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex clean energy and infrastructure project financings

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess project viability and risk

• Develop and maintain financial models to support the financing process

• Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to identify financing solutions and develop financing strategies

• Prepare and present financial reports to investors, lenders, and other stakeholders

• Keep up to date with industry developments and trends in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in structured finance or project finance, with a focus on clean energy and infrastructure projects

• Strong analytical skills and ability to develop complex financial models

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Knowledge of renewable energy and infrastructure markets, project finance structures, and regulatory frameworks

• Ability to work well in a team environment and to manage multiple tasks and priorities
