THE OPPORTUNITY: 

The Green Recruitment Company are partnered with a solar PV developer who, after successful round of funding, are now looking to grow their structured finance team with an additional analyst - specifically focussing on modelling due diligence. 

THE ROLE: 

• Providing additional support to the project finance team in reviewing financial models for the firms' acquisitions and development projects 
• Structuring assets, securities and SPVs to attract capital 
• Working closely with the Chief Strategy Officer to manage relations with external advisors such as law firms and tax consultants 
• Prepare evaluation and feasability studies for future projects including developing hypotheses to calculate profitability 
• Updating the banking model including returns alternatives/variance analyses  

THE INDIVIDUAL: 

• 3 years+ experience in a similar role 
• Experience in financial model implementation and due diligence for large energy transactions (50MW+)
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
