​TGRC is partnering with one of the global leaders in project financing for green energy, which has financed over 50 GW of renewable energy projects worldwide. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking for their first role after an internship, to develop their career in the renewable energy sector by learning from experts in project finance across the APAC region.

As an Analyst in the structured finance team, you will support the origination, structuring, and execution of debt transactions across APAC in renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build complex financial models and adapt client models to run key structuring analysis.

• Support with client presentations, marketing materials and market due diligence.

• Review and draft client mandates, advisor appointments, and NDAs.

• Assist in the preparation of internal credit and investment committee application packages.

• Support with new transaction processes, including KYC, and credit ratings, and collaborate with other teams to prepare deal-closing checklists.

• Research new markets and sectors that are in line with the APAC structured finance strategy.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Legal, or related field.

• Experience through an internship/placement with a banking, private equity, energy developer or other relevant role.

• Familiar with project finance structures and key financing and project documents.

• Proficient in building project finance and cash flow models.

• Interested in the financing of utility-scale renewable energy projects.

• Self-motivated, independent, and ambitious - excited to learn and develop their career.

• Client-focused with a commercial mindset.
