​We’re looking for a Finance Analyst with strong M&A and investment management experience to join our growing renewable energy platform supporting wind, solar, and storage assets across the UK & Europe.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on acquisitions, portfolio management, and investment decision-making within a fast-growing clean energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support M&A transactions, including due diligence, valuations, and execution.

• Assist with investment portfolio management and monitoring of UK & Europe assets.

• Prepare materials for investment committees and support strategic decision-making.

• Conduct financial analysis, modelling, and valuation of assets.

• Support acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, and investment structuring.

• Market research and transaction due diligence support.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in M&A, investment management, or related areas (renewables or infrastructure a plus).

• Strong Excel & financial modelling skills (DCF, forecasting, valuations).

• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.

• Strong English communication skills; Spanish essential.

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar.
