The Green Recruitment Company are delighted to be supporting our client, one of the leading EV charging infrastructure businesses in the UK. Our client’s focus is a to make EV Switch convenient - with their rapid growth, their mission is to provide fully-funded fast and reliable EV Chargers throughout the UK.

Key responsibilities:

• Mapping the market to create a GTM strategy and execution plan

• Identify and approach prospect clients across fully funded and managed services solution opportunities

• Meeting with clients over the phone, video calls and in person with the view to convert in to partners

• Attending events and conferences to represent EVC and promote our brand

• Motivate other team members to strive for more, as an experienced sales consultant you have been through the highs and lows of a sales cycle

• Maintaining accurate records of sales and customer interactions using CRM systems

About You:

• A driven and ambitious individual with a passion for sales and the EV industry

• Confident in engaging with prospect clients and winning meaningful partnerships

• Strong communication skills, able to build relationships and network with clients

• Comfortable with data and tech, e.g. using CRM systems, sales analytics tools

• Degree or equivalent qualification desirable but not essential

• Experienced in B2B selling or land solution sales
