Sales Manager
Job description
We are recruiting on behalf of a growing international business that provides technical EV charging and battery-integrated energy solutions for commercial and engineering businesses.
As part of its expansion, the company is seeking a Sales Manager to drive B2B (commercial and engineering) growth across Southern Europe. This role offers regional responsibility and strong market ownership.
The Role
Lead B2B sales activities across Southern Europe
Develop new commercial and industrial customer relationships
Win and close complex projects
Manage the sales process from prospecting through contract completion
Maintain a robust and predictable sales pipeline
Partner with senior leadership to enhance sales strategy and execution
Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of B2B sales experience
Experience working within Southern European markets
Background in EV charging, battery-integrated energy solutions, or related sectors
Experience selling complex, technical solution-based offerings to commercial and engineering stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Based in Greece but open for extensive travel
