Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing European provider of EV charging and battery-integrated energy solutions for commercial customers.

As part of its expansion, the company is seeking a Sales Manager to drive B2B growth across Southern Europe. This role offers regional responsibility and strong market ownership.

 

The Role

  • Lead B2B sales activities across Southern Europe

  • Develop new commercial and industrial customer relationships

  • Manage the sales process from prospecting through contract completion

  • Maintain a robust and predictable sales pipeline

  • Partner with senior leadership to enhance sales strategy and execution

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience

  • Demonstrated success in commercial sales roles

  • Experience working within Southern European markets

  • Background in EV charging, battery-integrated energy solutions, or related sectors preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field

  • Experience selling solution-based offerings

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Based in Greece but open for extensively travel
