Job title: Solar Module and ESS Sales Director
Location: Shanghai, China (On-site)
TGRC is working with a leading Solar module manufacturing company in China, they are currently looking for a Solar Module and ESS Sales Director to join their Shanghai offices. This client is ranked as one of the top 3 battery shipment manufacturing plants in 2022.
Develop and implement sales strategies
Prepare operational and financial sales department reports
Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team
Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability
Responsible for formulating the annual overseas marketing strategy, Marketing plan and brand promotion plan in Europe and organizing their implementation; Established an overseas sales network, formulated sales strategies and plans based on market conditions, and organised implementation to achieve sales goals
Responsible for developing overseas marketing plans and goals for the European region, and developing overall business operation strategies; Improving the complete sales system and processes based on the existing sales system; Maintaining existing customer relationships, establishing new customer connections, and exploring new markets
Bachelor's degree, deep understanding of the solar industry, familiarity with market conditions, and unique insights and marketing plans
10+ years of sales experience in the overseas photovoltaic industry or solar product application industry.
Furthermore, at least 5 years of sales leadership experience with overseas colleague members.
English, Spanish, Italian and French can be used as at least one Working language
Lastly, capable of independently developing customers
